• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Keeping your contact and booking information accurate and updated.
• Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that contain false information, show suspicious activity, or violate these Terms.

4. Bookings and Venue Reservations

All bookings made through Tahadiyaat are subject to venue availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until it has been successfully submitted, confirmed, and, where applicable, paid for.

When making a booking, you agree to:

• Choose the correct venue, date, time, and booking duration.
• Arrive at the venue on time.
• Use the venue only for the confirmed booking time slot.
• Follow all venue instructions, rules, and safety requirements.
• Ensure that all members of your group behave responsibly.

Tahadiyaat is not responsible for incorrect booking details entered by the user, late arrival, no-show, or misuse of the venue.

5. Payments and Fees

Tahadiyaat may allow users to make payments through online payment gateways, cards, Apple Pay, or other supported payment methods.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The payment information you provide is accurate and valid.
• You agree to pay the booking amount and any applicable fees, taxes, or charges.
• Your booking may not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

Tahadiyaat is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card providers, incorrect payment details, internet issues, or third-party service errors.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules may vary based on the venue, booking type, time slot, payment status, and applicable venue policy.

General conditions:

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made before the booking time.
• Late cancellation requests may not be eligible for refund.
• No-show bookings may not be refunded.
• Approved refunds may take time depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Venue-specific refund and rescheduling policies may apply.

Tahadiyaat reserves the right to approve, reject, or process refund requests based on booking details, venue policy, user conduct, and applicable laws.

7. Venue Rules and User Conduct

Users must follow all rules provided by the venue, venue staff, Tahadiyaat, or applicable authorities. Venue rules may include entry timing, number of players, dress code, equipment requirements, safety instructions, parking rules, food and beverage restrictions, and usage limits.

Users are responsible for any damage, loss, misconduct, or violation caused by themselves or members of their group. The venue or Tahadiyaat may charge the user for damage or losses caused during the booking.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Provide false booking, account, or payment information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, security systems, or payment systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Tahadiyaat platform.
• Misuse venue facilities, damage property, or disturb other users or venue staff.
• Use abusive, threatening, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or users.

Violation of this section may result in booking cancellation, account suspension, refusal of service, reporting to relevant authorities, or legal action.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to keep our website, application, and booking services available and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.

We may suspend or limit access due to:

• Maintenance or updates.
• Technical issues or server problems.
• Security incidents or suspected misuse.
• Payment gateway issues.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Tahadiyaat is not liable for loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the Services.

Users participate in sports activities at their own risk and should take appropriate safety precautions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused payment systems, caused venue damage, or acted in a way that may harm Tahadiyaat, venues, or other users.
